Hey there!
I’m Ellen. Thanks for checking out my little corner of the web. It’s gotten a little crazy out there, but here you’ll find a little peace in the chaos.
A bit over ten years ago, I was a young mom, looking for quality crafts and activities for my busy boys.
I went searching for printables and activities for my kids, but found that most of them either were way too complicated (which I didn’t have time or energy for) or were full-color printables (and I definitely didn’t have the ink budget for that).
So I put my graphic design skills to use, and started creating my own printables based on what my kids were interested in. And…I was pretty amazed at what they did for my kids.
Once I saw how much my kids were enjoying them (and asking me to print them again and again) and the change it brought to our home, I started Create in the Chaos to share them with other parents and educators.
You’ll find a lot of crafts with robots, rockets, monsters, and dragons around here, along with thoughtful, honest reviews, and chat about intentional tech for kids.
