So far this has been the most loved printable craft I’ve made for my boys. There were actually tears the first night over who got to sleep with the blocks before I had a chance to print off a second set. Who knew that a set of robot blocks could be so loved?
You can print off and assemble your own little set of mix-n-match robot blocks. They print in black and white. I colored them in with colored pencil after printing – but you can snag a colored version to print here.
Just print, color, and assemble with glue.

If you are a teacher and are unable to access the printable in Google Drive due to your district’s settings, just email me at ellen@createinthechaos.com and I’ll send the PDF directly to you.
I recommend using cardstock to print the blocks out. We tried a set on regular paper, and it didn’t hold up very well.
Let your kiddo have fun coloring them, or just leave them black and white. I think they look cute either way!
Cut them out on the solid black lines. Fold on the dotted lines and assemble the blocks with a little bit of glue. Depending on how old your kiddo is, they may need a little help with this step. Gluing the last couple of tabs in can be a little tricky.
Sean had a great time seeing all the matches he could make.
Malcolm joined in on the fun, too.
The fun part about these little blocks is all the combinations you can come up with.
