As I’m sure you know, we’re huge fans of printable crafts around here! I love how simple they are but that they can be so entertaining and inspire a ton of creativity.
This is the best way I’ve found to use printable papercrafts efficiently:
Print them out
Having a whole Pinterest board of cool paper crafts you find doesn’t do you any good if you don’t actually print them out. Whenever I find a cool papercraft, I print off at least two copies (one for each of my older boys), and sometimes a third if I think it’s something I want to do with them. Pay attention to the paper recommended. Some papercrafts do well on regular paper, others do better on cardstock.
Keep them on hand
And printing off cool papercrafts and then losing them also doesn’t do you any good. I store all the papercrafts I print out in one of those handy Target file folders that you find in the dollar section. It stays in our craft cupboard, ready for me to pull out. Sometimes the boys will ask for a craft, or I want to do something fun with them. And sometimes I just need 10 minutes of quiet -I know you’re with me!
